ELK COUNTY COUNCIL ON THE ARTS (ECCOTA) is dedicated to promoting the cultural enrichment of the residents of Elk County by expanding the opportunity for public participation in the arts through experiences in the arts, educational opportunities, and support of the region’s performers, musicians, artists, artisans, and writers. Aside from arts programming, the Council operates the ECCOTA Gallery featuring the work of regional artists and artisans.

The ECCOTA Gallery – The Elk County Council on the Arts operates a retail art gallery showcasing the fine arts and crafts of over 60 juried local and regional artists, including fine art photography, paintings, woodcrafts, artisan jewelry, fiber arts, and more!
All Kinds of Arts Events for Any Age – Get your creative on with one of ECCOTTA’s many creative workshops and events, such as a beginner’s weaving class, an herbal spa day, a porcelain clay sculpting workshop, or a kids’ summer theater camp.
