The Great Wall of Honesdale, an outdoor wall of art consists of twelve large panels each 11×17 feet, of high resolution images of original artwork.  Currently the 10th edition is on display.  A new wall of art is installed each year in June.  Open to the public 12/7.  The public art project was conceived and is maintained by the Wayne County Arts Alliance.  www.waynecountyartsalliance.org/the-great-wall-of-honesdale/
Its Central Location in the Community – The Great Wall of Honesdale can be viewed at the corner of 4th and Main Streets in the friendly Pennsylvania Heritage Community of Honesdale.
The Annual Rotation of Art – Every June the Wayne County Arts Alliance changes the artwork featured on The Great Wall, making the exhibit new each year, celebrating a different group of artists.
Get to know Artists – Not only is each artist’s work showcased on The Great Wall for an entire year, but the artists, art and sponsors are permanently included on the website www.waynecountyartsalliance.org/the-great-wall-of-honesdale/
