THE DEITRICH THEATER, built by George Dietrich in 1936 and considered a modern theater for its time, now houses the Wyoming County Cultural Center, a nonprofit theater organization whose proceeds bring educational and cultural programming to the surrounding community.

Movies Year-Round – The Dietrich utilizes four screens for showing countless blockbuster, foreign, independent, and classic films all year long at affordable prices!



Cultural Events & Film Festivals – Throughout the year the Dietrich Theater presents over 350 cultural events, including seasonal film festivals, concerts, live theater performances, and creative workshops.



The Galleries – The Dietrich also supports the fine arts via three gallery spaces, the William Norris Earnshaw Gallery, the Walter A. & Doris W. Sherwood Gallery, and the New Gallery.
