The Allegheny National Forest, in Pennsylvania, offers miles of trails designed especially for cross-country skiing, including groomed cross-country ski trails, like Laurel Mill Cross-Country Ski Trail and the Rimrock Overlook access road, and un-groomed trails, like Westline X-C Ski Trail.
