Bob’s Steakhouse specializes in USDA Prime Steaks aged for 30-40 days and fire-grilled to your liking, served with house special seasoning and a variety of butter. Fresh salmon fire-grilled to perfection with our own special sauce. Customers rave about our salads and fresh-baked bread.
The specialty dishes include everyone’s favorite deep-fried Brussel sprouts covered with a honey mix, banana peppers stuffed with a mix of sausage covered in cheese and sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and gravy (not just any gravy, they actually boil a big pot of bones adding their special mix of herbs and spices for 8 to 10 hours to produce the best gravy you have ever tasted). Everything is made in-house including their seasonings, salad dressings, and rubs. Vegetables are delivered fresh daily. Deserts include chocolate and caramel lava cake, cheesecake, bananas foster, and what some consider, the best creme brulee in the state. There is also an open bar that seats 25 with a number of specialty drinks and a variety of wines and beer. The restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly.
