Brown Hill Farms highlights include…
The Colors & Texture – Almost like living public art, the bright colors and rich textures of Brown Hill Farms’ flowers, plants, vegetables, and landscapes are sure to spark creativity. Take along your sketchbook or camera—or both!
The Brown Family – The Brown family has been farming in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, since 1868. What began as dairy farming transitioned to corn, soybeans, and hay, then moved to produce sunflowers, and pumpkins. This spring, they will unveil their first tulip field. With three generations working at Brown Hill Farms, rest assured, family and community are central to their business!
Their Family-Friendly Events – Plan your visit to Brown Hill Farms for one of their family- and kid-friendly events or festivals! They hold various events throughout the year, such as Tractor Weekend when kids—and grown-up “kids”—can see and sit in Farmer Brown’s tractors, Yoga Classes by the sunflower fields, Flash Light Night in the Corn Maze, and harvest demonstrations with the big combine!
Creative Props, Play Equipment, & Seasonal Displays – Brown Hill Farm showcases their endless creativity and whimsy throughout the farm with handcrafted play equipment, seasonal displays, and unique photo op props. Look for the giant blue Adirondack chair, the Hay Bale Hill playspace, the blue velvet sofa that only comes out for limited photo opportunities, the giant timber teeter-totter, and cute selfie frames.
