KATHLEEN’S EXPERIENCE & ENTHUSIASM – With over 35 years of experience in creating with colored glass, Cottage Glassworks’ owner and sole glass artist, Kathleen Schnell, radiates a passion for the unique artform. In her words, “I love fused glass because to me it is always new and the possibilities are endless.” She adds, on Facebook, “I am in the studio most of the time would love to share glass with you.”

MEANINGFUL CUSTOM WORK – Kathleen offers her services and creativity to help you make important life moments more meaningful! If you’re planning nuptials, ask Kathleen about her unique Glass Unity Ceremony which includes both parties pouring glass pieces into one vessel during the wedding and then Kathleen later transforming that glass into a beautiful custom art piece for the newlyweds. On the other hand, if you have had a recent loved one pass, discuss your options with Kathleen for adding some of the cremation remains to an original fused glass piece to cherish for years to come.
