THE ARTSPACE GALLERY – The Pocono Arts Council operates the ARTSPACE Gallery, featuring local art and various exhibits throughout the year. The exhibitions are open to local students as well as professionals, with each exhibit having an artist reception and award ceremony.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS – The Pocono Arts Council hosts various art classes and workshops—in all art forms and for artists of all ages and abilities—at the ARTSPACE Gallery and other community locations through the Pocono Mountains region.
EXHIBITS IN THE COMMUNITY – The Pocono Arts Council facilitates art exhibitions in various business and art galleries through the Pocono Mountains region. Check poconoarts.org for current exhibits, but also keep a lookout at these participating businesses—Auradell Gallery at Stroudsmoor, the Eastern Monroe Public Library, Pocono Eye Associates, the Yetter Family Art Gallery, and Vinny D’s Deli.
EXCITING EVENTS & FESTIVALS! – The Pocono Arts Council supports and sponsors various popular arts and cultural events in the Pocono Mountains region, including the Pocono State Craft Festival and The Festival of Wood at Grey Towers.
REPRESENTS ARTISTS OF ALL DISCIPLINES – The Pocono Arts Council serves as a “Chamber of Commerce”, an umbrella organization, for the Pocono Mountain Region’s artists and arts organizations of all disciplines, as well as its community and visitors.
